ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING TIMES BY REGION

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

- Pacific Islands (Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, etc.): 14–21 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 14–21 business days
- Asia & Southeast Asia: 14–25 business days
- United States & Canada: 18–30 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 18–30 business days
- Rest of the World: 20–30 business days

Please note these are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel on the carrier's website.

 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Bratva has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

 

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:
1. Check your tracking number for any updates
2. Contact your local post office or customs office
3. Email us at info@shopbratva.com — we will do our best to assist you

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Bratva is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
