ORDERS & PAYMENT

 

1. How do I place an order?

Browse our collection at shopbratva.com, select your size, and click "Add to Cart". Follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

 

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and other payment methods available at checkout.

 

3. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Email us immediately at info@shopbratva.com with your order number. After 24 hours, orders may already be processed and we cannot guarantee changes.

 

4. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. A confirmation email is sent to your email address immediately after your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — Bratva ships to customers all around the world.

2. How long does delivery take?


A: Delivery times vary by location after your order is dispatched:
- Pacific Islands (Fiji, Samoa, Tonga): 14–21 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 14–21 business days
- Asia & Southeast Asia: 14–25 business days
- USA & Canada: 18–30 business days
- UK & Europe: 18–30 business days
- Rest of the World: 20–30 business days

3. How long does order processing take?
A: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before being dispatched.

4. Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

5. Do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

6. My order is taking longer than expected — what should I do?
A: First check your tracking number for updates. If there is no movement for more than 10 business days, email us at info@shopbratva.com and we will investigate for you.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

2. How do I start a return?

Email info@shopbratva.com with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason, and a photo if the item is damaged. We will reply within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

3. Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Can I exchange an item?

We offer exchanges on defective or damaged items. Email us at info@shopbratva.com with your order details and photos of the issue.


SIZING & PRODUCTS

 

1. How do I know what size to order?

Each product page has a size guide. We recommend checking measurements before ordering. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

2. Are your product photos accurate?

We do our best to display colours as accurately as possible. However slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting.

3. Will sold-out items come back in stock?
