REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Bratva, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Gift cards

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email us at info@shopbratva.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- A photo of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect

We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@shopbratva.com.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@shopbratva.com
